Constipation can really impact on your quality of life.... In a recent nationwide survey conducted by the Digestive Fitness Information Bureau, 65% of those surveyed stated discomfort, fatigue and skin complaints as symptoms they associated with constipation, with one in four women stating irritability as a symptom of constipation.
