Constipation can affect anyone. Despite this, in a survey conducted by Senokot and Fybogel, Ireland's leading constipation remedies - the digestive system was voted the least important behind that of the heart, lungs, kidney and circulatory system.


The importance of a fit digestive system should not, however, be underestimated. It is essential to maintain a healthy balance in our bodies. We must, therefore, treat our digestive system with understanding, care and respect. If we do not, then things can go wrong and you may require some additional help to bounce back to peak fitness.

In order to self-assess your digestive fitness, please complete the following questionnaire. On completion, your score will be compiled to see how fit your digestive system is. You will then be referred to some accompanying factsheets for information and advice on how to help yourself stay fit from the inside out.
